This site previously benefited from planning permission for one dwelling. PJC Architecture were engaged to try and redesign the site and obtain planning permission for two large stone detached dwellings, which we did. The site had difficult restraints as it was within the grounds of a Listed Grade II Farmhouse. Various reports where undertaken for trees, ecology and flood risk but eventually despite objections, planning permission was granted. The site is located in the small Hamlet of Hawkwell, Northumberland.
